As part of the 24R2.0 release, new IPs are required to access Veeva CRM. If IP restrictions are used in areas such as user profiles or third party systems, add the following subnets to access Veeva CRM and all of its functionality:

Veeva’s Third Party Sub-Processors
Third Party Sub-Processors are Vendors selected by Veeva to process Personal Data on Veeva’s behalf in relation to the service provided under Veeva’s Master Subscription Agreement.
Veeva is responsible for ensuring that each sub-processor implements and maintains the appropriate organizational, administrative, physical and technical safeguards for the protection of the security, confidentiality and integrity of your personal data and against unauthorized access to or alteration, disclosure, destruction or loss, including measures aligned with Veeva’s security obligations. Our agreements with sub-processors also prohibit them from accessing your data for their own purposes even if they have it in their digital possession. Additionally, and to the extent required, where we transfer personal data to our sub-processors, we rely on transfer mechanisms that lawfully support data transfer to other jurisdictions, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, “adequacy” determinations or other recognized transfer mechanisms.
