This release is a limited release in order to satisfy special needs from our customers. The features below will be included in the general release (V25R2.0) scheduled on Aug. 24, 2025 as well. Veeva’s Third Party Sub-Processors
Third party sub-processors are vendors selected by Veeva to process personal data on Veeva’s behalf in relation to the services Veeva provides to its customers under Veeva’s Master Subscription Agreement.
Veeva is responsible for ensuring that each sub-processor implements and maintains appropriate organizational, administrative, physical and technical safeguards for the protection of the security, confidentiality and integrity of personal data and against unauthorized access to or alteration, disclosure, destruction or loss, including measures aligned with Veeva’s security obligations. The agreements Veeva maintains with its sub-processors prohibit them from accessing customer data for their own purposes, even if they have it in their digital possession. Additionally, and to the extent required, where we transfer personal data to our sub-processors, we rely on transfer mechanisms that lawfully support data transfers to other jurisdictions, such as Standard Contractual Clauses, “adequacy” determinations or other transfer mechanisms recognized under applicable law.
