Veeva Engage Online and Admin Pages are currently unavailable. Users cannot schedule or start meetings from the browser. User can still schedule and start meetings from the iPad. Our engineering team is currently investigating the issue.

UPDATE: After further review, Veeva Engage Meeting Service is currently available. The only impacted area is management of Engage Groups. Admins cannot add or remove users to Engage Groups at this time.

Zoom is reporting an outage. It is impacting Engage Meetings. Users will unable to start and create meetings.
Zoom has reported that services are recovering. Customers can start now use Engage Meetings without interruption. We will continue to monitor with the Zoom team.
Veeva CRM will be undergoing server maintenance. During this time, Multichannel and Engage activities will be temporarily unavailable.

HCPs are currently unable to join an Engage meeting using the Android app. The CRM team is investigating the issue.
As a workaround, HCPs can join via a mobile browser
A new version of the Android HCP app is now available which resolves the issue.
