This release is a limited release in order to satisfy special needs from our customers. The features below will be included in the general release (V26R1.0) scheduled on Apr. 26, 2026 as well. For features without the label "enabled by default", please contact Veeva Service departments for deployment and implementation details. There is a production release scheduled for Veeva Crossix 25R3.1.2 on Tuesday, February 10 at 4:47 AM EST.
The approximate duration of the release will be 60 minutes during which the Crossix Measurement Suite and Crossix Data Stream may be unavailable.
Affected Veeva Vault PODs are now fully available with all services operating normally.
Veeva Vault POD VV2-44 is currently experiencing a service disruption. Veeva engineering teams are working to return the service to normal as quickly as possible.
Issue has been resolved
Veeva CRM is currently experiencing performance degradation. Engineering team has identified the cause and is actively scaling system capacity to resolve the issue.
Intermittent slowness may be noticed while system resources are rebalanced. We are monitoring the situation closely and will provide an update once performance has stabilized.
