Salesforce has confirmed the incident is resolved and updated the impact. Upon review, they found that only a few of their PODs were affected, impacting a small number of Veeva CRM customers.
Salesforce has identified the issue and are actively deploying a fix across the remaining impacted instances to restore services.
Salesforce is currently experiencing an outage affecting Veeva CRM. Users attempting to login will experience login failures with an internal server error. Offline mode on iOS will still allow for the creation of calls and displaying media, however, sync and online functionality is not available.

Affected Veeva Vault PODs are now fully available with all services operating normally.
Veeva Vault POD VV1-1161 is currently experiencing a service disruption. Veeva engineering teams are working to return the service to normal as quickly as possible.
There is a 25R3.0.29 maintenance release scheduled for the CDB Data Workbench on March 18th at 7:00 PM PT for CDB PODs:
CDB-1, CDB-3, CDB-5, CDB-7, CDB-9, CDB-11, CDB-13, CDB-15, CDB-17, CDB-101, CDB-103, CDB-105, CDB-201, CDB-203, CDB-301, CDB-303, CDB-305, CDB-307, CDB-309
Approximate duration is 1 hr with no expected downtime. Scheduled jobs running during this window will need to be rerun.
