Veeva Maintenance Release Notification
Online maintenance will be performed on General Release PODs. There is no expected downtime, however, a short service interruption may be experienced.
When: Monday, March 2 at 10:00 am PST / 7:00 pm CET (Tuesday, March 3 at 3:00 am JST)

Veeva Vault Release Notification
The Veeva Vault MySQL system is scheduled to be upgraded to the latest release. There is no expected downtime however, a short service interruption may be experienced.

Affected Veeva Vault PODs are now fully available with all services operating normally.
Veeva Vault POD VV1-4008 is currently experiencing a service disruption. Veeva engineering teams are working to return the service to normal as quickly as possible.
The issue has been resolved. Performance has been restored to normal, and Vault CRM Online is now functioning as expected. Any activity that was not synced from the iPad can now be synced.
Veeva Engineering has identified the root cause of the performance degradation and is actively working to restore full service. Vault CRM Online is currently unavailable. Vault CRM on the iPad remains accessible; however, Sync functionality will be unavailable until service is fully restored. We estimate full resolution within two to three hours.
Veeva Vault POD VV1-4008 is currently experiencing intermittent degraded performance. Veeva engineering teams are working to return the service to normal as quickly as possible.
