What: Veeva Vault 26R2 General Release
Estimated Vault Downtime: 10 minutes
Affected PODs: Early Production and Agency PODs

  • The upgrade is expected to take approximately 10 minutes, during which time your Vault will not be available for use. Users can continue working as normal and will be notified within Vault just prior to your expected downtime.

What: Veeva 26R2 General Release 
When: July 31, 2026
Estimated Duration: 2 to 4 hours 

  • The day and time of deployment are determined by each Veeva product and the location of the POD as noted below. 
  • Users can continue working as normal and will be notified within Vault just prior to the expected downtime.
  • Veeva Vault includes Vault Platform + embedded applications (Quality, Clinical Operations, PromoMats, Medical, and RIM suite)
