Online maintenance will be performed on General Release PODs. There is no expected downtime, however, a short service interruption may be experienced.

Veeva Vault Maintenance Release Notification
Veeva Vault is scheduled to roll over the signing certificate used to sign SAML Single Sign-on requests and Spark Messaging connections. There is no expected downtime however user logins may be affected if proper action is not taken.
On December 12, 2025, we will automatically switch all profiles to the new certificate (with no possible rollback to the old certificate).
