Veeva Vault Maintenance Notification 

Online maintenance will be performed on Vault PODs. There is no expected downtime, however, a short service interruption may be experienced.


Customers experiencing a disruption to file transfer during the maintenance window should retry the action after a one- or two-minute pause.


When:  Friday, October 23 at 6:00 pm PDT (October 24 at 3:00 am CEST/10:00 am JST)

What: POD infrastructure maintenance

Estimated Duration: 60 minutes

Affected PODs: Vault General Release PODs
