  • The upgrade is expected to take approximately 10 minutes, during which time your Vault will not be available for use.

Beginning on March 23, 26R1 self-serve prerelease functionality is enabled for all production Vaults. If you don't have a production Vault, prerelease capability has been enabled on your sandbox Vaults.  

The 26R1 Veeva Prerelease Program will conclude on  April 17, 2026 .
