Veeva Vault Maintenance Release Notification
Veeva Vault is scheduled to roll over the signing certificate used to sign SAML Single Sign-on requests and Spark Messaging connections. There is no expected downtime however user logins may be affected if proper action is not taken.
On December 12, 2025, we will automatically switch all profiles to the new certificate (with no possible rollback to the old certificate).

Veeva Vault Maintenance Release Notification
Veeva Vault is scheduled to roll over the signing certificate used to sign SAML Single Sign-on requests and Spark Messaging connections. There is no expected downtime however user logins may be affected if proper action is not taken.
Your Veeva Vault Domain(s) use one or more SAML SSO profiles where the new SAML certificate will be automatically rolled over on November 7, 2025.
IMPORTANTCustomers are encouraged to test the new SAML certificate during the New Certificate Testing Period (starting October 8, 2025 and ending November 7, 2025). Both the old and new SAML certificates are supported during the testing period and can be accessed through Vault Admin > Settings > SAML Profiles.

Veeva Vault PODs and MyVeeva US services in Region us-east-1 are currently experiencing intermittent degraded performance as a result of the increased error rates and latency in AWS region us-east-1. AWS degradation status updates are available at: https://health.aws.amazon.com/health/status
Affected Veeva Vault & MyVeeva US PODs are now fully available with all services operating normally.

Customer "service availability" email notifications regarding today's incident are delayed due to residual AWS impacts on the email platform used to notify customers. An email will follow once these issues are resolved.
AWS are seeing error rates returning to normal levels, and as a result affected Veeva Vault PODs are now fully available with all services operating normally.
