There is a maintenance release scheduled for Veeva Compass 25R2.7 on Monday, 12/1/2025 at 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM PT). The approximate duration of the release will be 90 minutes during which time the Veeva Compass Portal and SFTP may be unavailable.

AWS is experiencing increased error rates and latency.  As a result Veeva Compass is currently experiencing intermittent degraded performance.

Veeva Compass is now fully available with all services operating normally.

As a result, today's daily jobs will run later than their scheduled times. Notification will be provided when daily jobs are initiated.

Veeva Engineering teams are actively working to restore normal service as quickly as possible.

The issue has been resolved and daily jobs are initiated.

There is a maintenance release scheduled for Veeva Compass 25R2.2 on Monday, 09/22/2025 at 6:00 PM EST (3:00 PM PT). The approximate duration of the release will be 60 minutes during which time the Veeva Compass Portal and SFTP may be unavailable.

We identified and resolved a production issue that prevented data from refreshing on schedule. As a result, daily scheduled jobs were cancelled. Daily scheduled jobs have now been restarted and the issue has been resolved. We are monitoring closely to ensure continued stability.
