eCOA Vault Release Notification

 
What: eCOA Vault 26R2 General Release
When: Friday, August 7, 2026, between 10:30 am and 12:30 pm PDT (Saturday, August 8, 2026, between 2:30 am and 4:30 am JST)
Estimated Vault Downtime: 10 minutes
Affected POD: APAC Production (VV3-3130)
 
The upgrade is expected to take approximately 10 minutes, during which time your eCOA Vault will be unavailable for use. Users can continue to work as normal and will be notified in eCOA just before the expected downtime.

No downtime is expected for participants using MyVeeva during the update.
