What: Veeva 26R1.3 Limited Release
When: June 12, 2026 
Estimated Vault Downtime: 10 minutes

  • The upgrade is expected to take approximately 10 minutes, during which time your Vault will not be available for use. 
  • The day and time of deployment is determined by each Veeva product and the location of the POD. 
  • Users can continue working as normal and will be notified within Vault just prior to the expected downtime.
  • Veeva Vault includes Vault Platform + embedded applications (Quality, Clinical Operations, PromoMats, MedComms, and RIM suite)

Update:  Some EU Vaults are experiencing a delayed upgrade.  The revised estimated completion times for the impacted PODs are listed below:  

  • VV2-28 - 5:00 pm PDT
  • VV2-2087 - 8:00 pm PDT
