Veeva CRM - iOS App Installation Issue for Self-Signed Applications

We are currently aware of an issue affecting some customers who install self-signed iOS applications (applications signed using an Apple Developer certificate outside of the App Store).
In these cases, users may see the following message when attempting to open the app:
"Unable to Verify App
An Internet connection is required to verify trust of the developer “[name].” This app will not be available until verified."
Based on current reports across the developer community, this appears to be related to an issue with Apple’s developer verification service, which is used by iOS to validate enterprise and developer-signed applications during installation.
What This Means
- This issue may prevent installation or launch of Veeva CRM outside of the AppStore.
- The error message may appear to indicate a connectivity issue, but the problem is not related to the user’s network connection.
- Veeva CRM distributed through the Apple App Store is not affected.
Current Status
Apple has not yet published an incident on their developer system status page, but reports indicate the issue is impacting multiple developers and enterprise app installations.
Recommended Action
At this time, the recommended action is to retry the installation later. Once Apple’s verification service is fully operational, installation and app launch should proceed normally.
We are continuing to monitor the situation and will provide updates as more information becomes available.
