The Veeva Technology Team observed a service degradation issue affecting the CRM-06 instance.  Customers may experience intermittent errors or degraded performance when accessing the Veeva CRM application.

We experienced a temporary performance issue that impacted access to some online pages and prevented iPad syncs from completing successfully. The iPad app remained available during this time, but synchronization and certain online functions were affected. Performance has since stabilized, and all services are now operating normally.
