AWS is experiencing increased error rates and latency in US-East-1 Region.  As a result Veeva Vault PODs in the Region are currently experiencing intermittent degraded performance.

Customer "service availability" email notifications regarding today's incident are delayed due to residual AWS impacts on the email platform used to notify customers.  An email will follow once these issues are resolved.

AWS are seeing error rates returning to normal levels, and as a result affected Veeva Vault PODs are now fully available with all services operating normally.
